LiDAR solution startup Vueron Technology (Vueron) announced on the 14th that it has appointed Je Hongmo, former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of StradVision, as the new Head of Engineering to lead mass production development for its ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) technology.
Jaekwang Kim, CEO of Vueron, stated, “With Je Hongmo joining our team, we will accelerate the mass production of our LiDAR ADAS solution, VueOne.”
Je Hongmo (52) is recognized as one of the top AI experts in South Korea, having built over 20 years of experience in leading tech companies such as Olaworks, Intel Korea, and StradVision. At StradVision, he successfully oversaw the mass production of deep learning-based camera recognition technology for ADAS as CTO.
Recently, Vueron participated in CES 2024, where it showcased an upgraded version of VueOne, its autonomous driving solution. Additionally, the company won the CES® 2024 Innovation Award for its VueTwo Smart Crowd Analytics (SCA), a crowd management solution developed in-house.
